Q – I have booked a bus but due to a change in circumstances, I no longer need a bus ticket.  Can i get a refund? 

A – Please submit a refund request via our Refund Request Form page and the VG admin team will follow up. Please review our Refund Policy before submitting, this can be found on our Contact Us page.

Q – I have already paid and submitted my application, can I still purchase merch?

A – Yea, This year we have moved Merch to our new Online Store. Head over to store.vicgathering.com to place an order.

Q – I would like to change my activities. 

A – Please submit a Admin Request Form and list the current activity and session time, along with the request change.

Q – How do i know where i am camping ? 

A – Campsites will be allocated by Region closer to the Event.  

Q – Can i get a refund if I can no longer can come along to VG ?

Q – Unit leaders, how can you get a copy of you unit list ? 

A – Once you have submitted your VG application, Unit Leaders will have access to the unit report for all members currently attending via the application site. This year Unit Leaders will also be able to check what activities youth in the unit have signed up for.

Q – What do i need to do if I am being hosted by a different unit? 

A – Please complete a hosting form which can be found on the Forms Page.

Q – My whole unit is being hosted, Is there a form we need to submit?

A – Please submit a Unit Hosting Form found on the Forms Page

Q – I am a service leader, how do I get my ticket?

A – Complete the application on the registration system and indicate which team you are with.
